Important: These terms govern your use of aiml.org.in. By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that AI-generated content can be inaccurate and that you are responsible for how you use those outputs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and aiml.org.in ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services & Eligibility

We provide a suite of AI-powered automation and analytics tools. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.
  • Use our AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or malicious content (e.g., deepfakes, malware, misinformation).
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Bypass or circumvent any rate limits or security measures.
  • Use our Services to develop competing AI models or products.

5. Inputs & Outputs (AI Content)

Our Services allow you to provide input (text, files, data) to our AI ("Input") and receive generated results ("Output").

  • Ownership: As between you and us, you own the Input and, to the extent permitted by law, you own the Output.
  • License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your Input and Output solely to provide the Services to you and to comply with legal obligations.
  • Similarity of Output: Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users. Other users may provide similar inputs and receive the same or similar outputs.

6. Fees & Payment

If you purchase a subscription or usage-based service:

  • You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate agreement.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all software, models, algorithms, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of aiml.org.in or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or trade dress.

8. Disclaimers (AI Inaccuracy)

CRITICAL NOTICE: AI outputs are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or incomplete information. You should not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decision-making without independent human verification.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIML.ORG.IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
